1. What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We also store the prompt text you enter and the AI-generated design images associated with your order. Basic usage and analytics data (pages visited, session duration) may be collected. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, send order confirmation and shipping update emails, respond to customer support requests, and improve the quality of our AI generation (see Section 3). We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Prompt Data & AI Training

The prompts you enter and the designs generated from them may be used to improve our AI generation quality and model performance. If you would prefer your data not be used for training, email us at hello@nocx.studio and we will exclude your account from training datasets.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Full stop.

5. Third Parties

We share information with third-party services only as necessary to operate:

• Print-on-demand fulfillment partner — receives your design files and shipping address to produce and ship your order. We may change fulfillment partners at any time without changing this policy.
• Payment processor — handles payment securely; we never see or store your card details.
• Analytics provider — anonymous session data only, no personal identifiers shared.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NOCX AI, our users, or others.

6. Marketplace & Public Listings

If you list a design on the NOCX Marketplace, your creator username, profile page, listed designs, and associated public activity (such as follower counts) are visible to other users and to the public — this information is not private. Do not use identifying information in your username if you wish to remain anonymous. We do not share a buyer's name, email, phone number, or shipping address with the creator of a design they purchase; fulfillment is handled entirely by NOCX AI and our fulfillment partner.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your login state (your cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie). Optional analytics cookies help us understand how people use the site (aggregated and anonymous) and only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the site footer, or disable cookies entirely in your browser settings — this may affect login functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Some data may be retained for fraud prevention or legal compliance purposes.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

NOCX AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nocx.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of NOCX AI after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
